CLASSICO SUPERIORE

Wine made with grown grapes on hillside vineyards facing optimal sun exposure. 

Straw yellow with greenish highlights, bright golden hue. Notes of chamomile, grapefruit and quince. The taste is exemplary in its freshness, the finish is savory and with a clear almond tone.

Grapes: Verdicchio 100%

Type of cultivation: vertical trellis

Yield per hectare: 90/100 q

Winemaking: the harvest is done by hand and the grapes are immediately soft pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature

Aging: in stainless steel for 10/12 months followed by at least 5 months in bottle
